Section II -----------------------------------------------------------------

1)	Consignment fee is 10% of final sale price or $100.00, which ever is
	greater.  Consignment fee shall apply to any sale of the vehicle
	during the consignment period or for any sale to any lead generated
	by Hornibrook Consignment Sales within 90 days of the end of this
	agreement.
 

2)	Consignment period is 90 days from the date of this agreement.
	Consignment period may be extended for an additional 90 day period
	by mutual agreement of the parties.

4)	Consignor acts as the broker between Consignee and Buyer and makes
	no claims, warrants or guarantees as regards the condition of or
	the merchantability of the Consignee's property.

5)	Consignor is not responsible for or liable for any claims,
	warrants, or guarantees made as regards the condition of or
	the merchantability of the Consignee's property.	


6)	Consignor is not responsible and will be held harmless for any theft
	or damage that may occur to the vehicle or any personal property in
	or on the vehicle while on consignment.


7)	Consignee agrees to assume all liability for and to be present for
	any test drive off the property of Consignor.


8)	Consignee is responsible for all taxes and fees assessed in
	association with the sale of the vehicle.
