$$MILE is an RPG program that estimates the miles and direction
between two locations. It was created for calculating the shipping
charges for an order entry system. It is in no way a substitue for
a mileage calculator such as might be used by a logistics system,
but it is accurate enough to estimate charges for package freight
for carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
